Photoshopn CS3 & Aftereffects 7.0

Hello all, I recently got Photoshop CS3 & After effects 7.0 on my PC.
I am virtually a complete beginner only used Photoshop 3 or 4 times,
does anyone know of any decent books to buy for either programme.

I know there’s Photoshop for dummies but that seems to just cover what the tool bar options do.

I'd prefer a fuller in-depth book but still caters for beginners.

Please help.......

Also if you know of any good WebPages which may be of use, that too will be very welcome.

At www.good-tutorials.com you can learn a lot.

Learning Photoshop takes time so it might be easier to tackle it the other way around. If you have an idea of what you want to create or if you have a particular problem - look for a specific tutorial on that subject.

And you can also ask questions here. I'm happy to help :-)

best bet is to look around for photoshop forums, there are some good ones out there, however you will get the spam the e-mail address ones too, unfortunately hard to detect until its too late, so just be careful.

Tutorials online are great, thats the best way to learn
