The federal government is telling the owner of a small brewery here that the pun he's placed on caps of his Weed Ale's crosses a line.
"Try Legal Weed," the caps joke.

this is a perfect example of the us government sticking their necks " no pun intended " into our business and trying to make our judgment's for us like were not able to think on our own .
it's unbelievable that in times of money issues here in the states this being approved to spend time and money on.

That is so stupid. The place is called weed, people are going to make pot jokes. It is to be expected. Technically, he is telling the truth, it is legal weed. Why? Weed is a plant, beer is made from plants. Nuff said.
