Being on ignore means I cannot see your comments, so attention seeking will get you no where in this thread. Post what you like; but you will be wasting your time.

Are there people in the world who actually believe OBL is alive?
The article had "located",not located.Maybe they "located" his grave or a metal detector "located" his dialysis machine,or he was "located" at another military hospital.
I appreciate the information But I believe that Osama BinLaden is dead.

Exactly.

They could of located his grave or located him fully alive.

But, he most likely is already dead.

I think he is alive, but probably suffering quite badly health wise.
But it will be interesting to see what conclusions are drawn from this report; it is being treated as serious. If someone has tipped the CIA and Bin Laden is captured, that person in question will become a very rich man (wasn't the reward a few millions?)

Maybe the government will report they found Bin Laden, and they show a copy of him.

Like the ones Bin Laden used in his tapes.

The reward is more than just a few million.

Reward-2005

If he is alive,he sure isn't in a cave or in the mountains.

This story here is just bs... 95% of everything you hear about osama is bs.

You were in Afghanistan? You found Osama and were told to leave him alone? I call bull#. I'm willing to bet you never served in Afghanistan.

Posted about this last night in Hellmutts 2 year old thread.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

I posted there because the articles mention K2's foothills that run near Nuristan.

That area of Pakistan is exactly where Hellmutt's thread has suggested that OBL is at. The Chitral region.

Reading his thread indicates that terror officials and reporters seem to have agreed with that analysis for years now.

So suddenly announcing that OBL is in that area is strange IMO.
Its like shouting that fire can burn you. Everybody already knows.

It gets even better.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

I guess we will need to wait and see if we should be worried or not.
I worry about real terrorist like Hammas and Hesbola attacking more than AQ.

I think #2 killed OBL like Benazir Bhutto had claimed on that BBC interview and if that is the case then we should be prepared if it is him and he comes out and makes these threats.

Al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden is hiding in the ‘rooftop of the world’, the Karakoram section of the Himalayan range along Pakistan's borders with Afghanistan and China, a media report has claimed.
The Central Investigation Agency (CIA) of the US has located bin Laden in the ‘rooftop of the world’, the area of Pakistan that borders Afghanistan to the west, in particular the chain of mountains in the province of Nurestan, and China to the north, Arabic television network Al-Arabiya quoted unidentified sources as saying.

The Pakistan government has for long denied that bin Laden is hiding in its territory.

The Dubai-based network reported that US security and military officials had a top-level meeting at a military base in Qatar's capital Doha to plan an operation to hunt for bin Laden

The moment they called the CIA as Central Investigation Agency is the moment the Arab news organization lost all credibility.

Whether he is alive or dead, why do some people cherry pick what they want to believe, then make up an excuse when proven wrong?

I know there are tons of theories about Osama but they all can't be right. What if they are all wrong?
What would be so wrong with assuming he is still alive? Better safe than sorry.

If he is dead, where is the freakin' body?

I believe Xavius is telling the truth. I know for a fact what he is saying is true and that is as far as I am going with the subject.

They may have "located" Osamma, but they have not cornered him. I know Tom Cruise is somewhere in the Los Angeles area right now. That does not mean I could catch Tom Cruise. I don't know if he is in his house (wherever that is) , a friend's house, if he is at a restaurant, stuck in traffic on the freeway, or on a movie set. Similarly, if this story is true they do not really know exactly where Osama Bin Laden is. He could be in or near any number of towns in the region, living in one of several caves or even have his own secret underground bunker.

I really truly believe that the ex-soldier that was told by high Officials to leave Bin Laden alone is telling the truth but does not want to get in trouble by admitting it.

This is disinformation plain and simple. The only logical way you could know as a fact that what he is claiming is true, is if you were with him. Im extremely familiar with this particular subject, if you would care to try and inform me where exactly did you find bin Laden? Which region, which village? If you are american, what was the closest american fob? what year? Can you both answer these questions?

come on people lets think here. IF OBL had really been spotted or his location were known, do you think that it would only be posted on 4 websites, including this one? also, why would a dubai based news network be the first to know, our cia and nsa have some pretty advanced technology and computing power and I think he was allowed to escape by very senior officials of our own government after his entourage was spotted leaving afghanistan and entering pakistan at the onset of the war.
