Where are all the MODs?

For the past month i've seen an increasing amount of spam, one lined posts, and people just saying stupid stuff and insulting people and their subject at hand on threads and their is nothing done about it, i've never seen it this 'bad' in my almost whole year here, and it just seems to be getting worse, i recently created a controversial thread but i'm not going to name it and i had atleast 10 replies that were not contributing to the subject at hand at all, and just plain rude and insulting. Things are just getting a little to 'spammy' on here and i have to skip so many posts to actually find something worth reading in a thread, about 25% of most threads are clogged up with trolls, it's just getting really annoying.
