The audio file posted here has some interesting content.
First off it sounds phase delayed or out of phase and secondly i hear a freq gen or tone gen sweeping throughout the audible freq range 3 times over. Corresponding to the picture. This needs to be demodulated im very curious as to the message at the begining!

Hi. Here is what I came up with screwing around with the sound file. I realize its prolly a natural sound the planet is emitting, but hey, it killed some time.
I cleaned it up as best I could, and deleted what I thought was interference.
I may make another.

it kind of sounds like english. its : rambling "don't bomb us" or "you found us" then more rambling. lol. fun stuff.
