Japanese UFO video - can somebody translate?

Anyone have any more info about the two UFOs featured at 0:45 and 1:15 in this Japanese video:



I've never seen them before and they look pretty compelling but I can't find any more info and learning fluent Japanese is still on my "to do" list unfortunately...

The one at 1:15 kinda looks like a antenna ball at the top of the very long antenna of the car in front of the camera.

hmmm...yeah it's possible - it does seem to move in step with the car in front, altho the angle looks to be a little bit off I think?

Anyway, in either of these two cases it would be nice if there was more exclusive footage available to analyze. The rest of the vids on this show are all pretty well-known but these two I've never heard about.

my japanese is kinda fuzzy and i learn it on and off. im not sure about the first one he spoke to fast but the one with the traffic ..i believe he said something about the ufo being big (okii) compared to the size of the cars(kuruma). i may be mistaken. this guy just talks waay to fast for me

ok thanks - I'm looking mainly for dates and places - anything that might help dig more info up.

According to the screen graphic, the one at 0:45 happened in 1995 but so far that info has been no help. That's the one I'm particularly interested in since the "craft" looks so similar to the Phoenix Lights video.
