Where do the Elites get their food from?

Trader Joe's is inexpensive, so you do not have to be rich to shop there. In fact, Trader Joe's is cheaper than major supermarkets like Albertsons, Safeway/Vons, or Ralphs.

Well, if the elite don't have a problem drinking human blood, then they shouldn't have a problem eating processed foods. I mean....health must not be much of a factor when they get their grub on.

And, have you seen some of their teeth? Obviously neither is dental hygiene.

The "Elite" are not the rich humans that everyone is imagining.No human can be a member of an "Elite" family.It's hard to say what they would eat or even if they have the need to.As long as it isn't us then it doesn't really matter.

you need to eat
Organic food from scratch ..that means peeling , and cooking.. if you cant afford that for yourself and at times i cant.. feed your children organic...all organic... beans and pulses are cheap..etc.. non organic food has no minerals to speak of.. and plenty of other things you dont want..
if you buy non organic
then work out the water content..they higher the water content ..the more pesticides that will reside in it.. eat less but eat pure.. research your food..

eat food in season and buy local ..go to your farmers market.. and support your farmers.. here in europe with the eu ..farmers are paid NOT to grow... work that one out.. and the path it wil lead to..

my main worry is water... water from the tap need to be filtered.. water in the shop is sold in plastic bottles.. and the glass bottles are expensive... but i will keep looking...;]


I feed my child organic food .. we have cut back on meat and i do want to stop him eating meat now.. he has had a good start.

Yes that is the general idea. We are all involved in this life cycle. There are only more, and less, advanced thinkers. Those planting buy offs only work until the farmer figures out he can make lots more profit growing organically.

I have been looking into this and anything I can find on video is a quick small peek and then move along type of thing. If you put them end to end maybe there would be 2 minutes. This is what I have found out from that and from reading various sites and documents. Some include the catering or the requests to some of the events they hold. Still, there isnt much.

What seems to be a common theme is that many of these pricks (the ones who believe they own us and that we are in their way and our life is inconsequential wef, globalists, medical cartel, world leaders, ceos, bankers, media cartel, big tech, multinational corporations, board members, larger share investors, investment firms, professors and their boards of trustees, heads of governmental departments, federal law enforcement, counter terror specialists, intelligence directors, military rankers, Hollywood, and those that are smart and hide behind these people who really control the directions and make the decisions)

These people seem to be followed about by an entourage and within this group of handlers you would have chef/dieticians and someone who handles sourcing the food items that they cook for their boss. Some fly in their food on impulse, some have a good deep freeze or fresh supply of the items which they will eat. The meats come from small scale farms that supply only a very small network of people. They have strict and very clear guidelines for their growing. The animals are fed on organic grown food, often hydroponic to avoid any heavy metals and run off that can occur and be run off onto the property. They will not process for eating any animal that has any inferior genetic traits. The animal must be robust and healthy in every way. There is only very limited shots given to these animals if any, these animals are grown in very isolated places on very unusually large swaths of land as to keep away any illnesses. The animals are allowed to roam but often only on highest portions of the land as to avoid any potential run off that can carry disease or exposure to any pollutants or heavy metals or carcinogenic materials. They water the animals with spring water or from a tapped aquafer from a source likely on their property, as the elites often buy up and have been buying up the lions share of properties that have such features. They will not have animals feeding from running waterways or accessible to waterways. Often these ranches are found in very very remote locations. Like North or south Dakota Montana Wyoming Nebraska Idaho etc. The produce they get often comes from aquaponic growers with extremely sterile and selective seed growing practices. They do not grow anything gmo. Heirloom only. Often the fruits they enjoy have seeds when it would be hell to attempt to find an orange, for example that had seeds these days. Often they have their own produce grown for them on their own property. But no matter what the strictest and most sterile practices void of any carcinogenic or harmful chemicals or waxes powders anything added to their food. It's like literally getting food from a biomedical research lab. I'm not certain but it goes to suggest that likely the growers get their compost or organic materials from the sources they get the meat and from the produce they or someone else grows.
My great aunt had a handler/chef that was the former chef of Steve Forbes, now he mentioned very little but did say that he was very picky about consuming anything but a narrow few items and some alcohols which he wasn't a big consumer of.
I saw something on thr Amazon cockeyed Mr clean demon. He would have any number of livestock brought to him on helicopter either killed there on board of his yacht for peak freshness or slaughtered immediately and brought to him, either way completely fresh healthy whatever he felt like eating.

This isn't to say that these demonic grotesque freaks who worship evil and commit demonic acts on innocents don't go to a board meeting or to a wedding of someone "lower pedigree"(lol) and have a diet coke or eat a Nathan's hotdog. They do, definitely but they aren't making it a daily thing and a lot of them are very picky they don't want it cooked a certain way or they want certain condiments left off completely. Mayne because of allergies (these people are puky and grotesque so likely riddled with allergies and bad reactions to certain things) or because they know something we don't. Maybe. They buy up old texts out of print about history or historical things and they destroy them. Anything that has any information about where we come from or find our inner power and independent resolve seems to poof! Disappear. There is a huge network of people who do this and it has been happening for the better part of 500 years. Anything technological or working that doesn't require having to go through their networks or involve them and can easily be brought about seems to disappear. Tesla work. Anyone who has come close to bringing forth the hydrogen vehicle seems to die and the design disappears. Any alternative energy aside from this latest biden fiasco that is making everyone poor and his cronies rich and the African kids digging up the materials die or become chronically ill. Anything that would've required minimal materials and anyone could tap into has simply disappeared. Cures for diseases gone. Deliberate poisioning of the population withholding the cure for cancer and injecting infants the moment they are born healthy with 15 some so called vaccines. Why inject a healthy human baby with anything if they are healthy? They have the mothers immune system and antibodies doesn't tht trouble anyone? Anyway there is a tiered existence and they get to know what's safe and what to avoid. Where to buy a home where the air and soil is safe and the food is handled by honest fully able bodied and scientifically involved farmers in the process. They are aware and happily avoiding any seed copywriter companies that sterilize the next generation of seeds and charges a royalty and an extortion fee for that very seed that farmer developed within the generations of farming. These people are evil and they hold all the controls and they don't have to live up to the laws they push, the fda requirements they unleash, the chemicals their companies make don't happen to jump into their food, the crap they put in the water isn't in their drinking water and rhe meat they eat isn't some frwakazoid infant 6 week old chicken the size of a 3.5 year old one. Their meat isn't assembly lined in a horrifying mass murder either. Anyway best you can do is grow your own and get to know a farmer that would direct to you instead of being owned by one of these elites organizations that demand they raise the livestock a certain way too inject them and pass on the horrifying side effects of whatever the chemicals do like inflammation, high testosterone in women, estrogen in men higher than ever before, neurological issues. I don't know where they all get their food from.

However One of my children's friend has parents that are legit multi Billionaire that has politicians flown to speak to him personally . So I would consider him an Elite.

They don't even know how to cook. They are vegans and grow their own food on their property and have their live in chef cook it for them. Although they do go out an eat as well.

Another Friend whose parents are also multi Billionaire eat like the rest of us except the help buys and cooks the groceries.

To the OP. The "elites" use shops, except someone probably buys it for them.

If you got off your arse and looked around, you could probably find good retailers, selling wholesome, organic food. Or, are you one of those people who constantly complain, but never act?

The "elites" own most everything, including farms and dairies. Billionaires like Trump I've read raised their own cattle and ate their own steak, and when they dont they buy wholesale first pick from farms and imports. Most of what they eat is prepared by their own private cooks and butlers and house servants who are highly trained and skilled gourmet chefs. Their food bills are much higher than my income will ever be. So its safe to say you wont be seeing a billionaire eating boxed cereal, hershey bars or anything with chemicals in it.

Rich people that live middle class lives are called Yuppies and its a dangerous lifestyle because theyre risking their lives to save money. I've known a few upper class level income people that took pride in getting down in the dirt with the rest of everyone but I say why stoop so low and deny yourself those finer things in life if theyre available to you? You only live once and if you could have sirloin chops and 100 year old whiskey every day then dont stop yourself.

If I had the expendible income to eat high on the hog and drive nice classic cars you bet your balls I would never be eating fast food and driving a junker.
