The first one is part of a Japanese milk commercial advertisement that the client rejected:
the creator decided to share it anyway on the internet rather than to trash it, and it's still circulating.
It'n not obvious just because its quality sucks, but funny though.

The second one is CGI, and here you can see its "brother":

In my opinion, that's another good artist, the model that he made is interesting and complex enough. and the second video (this one) is more interesting than the first one, there's just a huge mistake with the shadow casted on the palace when the UFO moves.
If that persn will create

That's the video that made me sign up to this site. I started shaking the first time I watched it because it resembled the craft I saw so much. It'll make you have a flashback if you've ever seen a UFO. Best video EVER.

I would not go with anti gravity or gravity distortion propulsion on this one...

It looks like simple Coanda Effect propulsion the movement of the flanges gives it away...

Compare it to this demo...

I don't thing a CGI reproduction of a theoretical device is a good explanation of what the one in the video is using to fly around.

Personally I think the vents on the craft are weird. The only thing about it that resembles what I have seen in real life is the contact lens domed shape and circles down the length of it. I got excited when I saw it the first time because I thought I was a step closer to closure on what I had seen. I still think its an awesome video because it looks like it is really in the shot doing something unconventional.

These, however, are poetic.

I'm not sure if this video has been posted before. I'm pretty sure someone on this site has but I didn't see it in the immediate area.

So... Hoax? or not...

If it isn't... Woah. Just, woah.
