I am infuriated personally with what has been happening in the United States of America.

First I would like to cover some current events right now that are a perfect example of rights that the federal government is denying the people of the United States of America. Lets start with Title 42, Chapter 20, Subchapter 1, 1971- Voting Rights. “All citizens of the United States who are otherwise qualified by law to vote at any election by the people in any State, Territory, district, county, city, parish, township, school district, municipality, or other territorial subdivision, shall be entitled and allowed to vote at all such elections, without distinction of race, color, or previous condition of servitude; any constitution, law, custom, usage, or regulation of any State or Territory, or by or under its authority, to the contrary notwithstanding.” This goes hand in hand with the 15h Amendment.

Why then in our current Presidential race with Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama are the people of Florida and Michigan being denied to have their votes counted? As Fox News likes to put it “You Decide 2008” is quickly becoming you don’t decide 2008. Please wake up America.

Our Founding Fathers are rolling in their graves……

In this case, no one's rights are being infringed upon. The primary to decide the democratic candidate is a group of people deciding who they want to put up for election. As such, that group of people can decide who can and cannot vote in their elections.

If the members of ATS decided to hold an election to see who they wanted running for president, they too could decide who they will or won't allow to vote.

exacta-mundo

this argument coming from people who complained that a few COUNTIES in the STATE of florida didnt get fair votes?

FLA and MICH in 2008 didnt follow the rules of the democratic election process. If you dont follow the rules, why should your opinion matter?

By the way - i love this, i really really do.
For democrats its loose loose

if hillary wins - the democrats are racist and could only win by cheating a black man. Another white person screws a black person out of something great

if Barack obama wins its because he squashed the rights of FLA and MICH residents to have their vote count

either way - those silly sillies will rip themselves apart

ohhhh goodie i cant wait to watch with popcorn in hand
