Very interesting letter. It really opens one mind (if you read the letter with an open-mind) to the real possibility that "they"(insert government of your choice) are hiding information from us. Information that we are being visited by some type of "others" not of this world.

It basically reads 'to me' that things that have been going on and reported in the skys and all UFO reports that are unexplained..are far to numerous to throw out willy neely-its a real threat and real experience physically and physiologically to all of mankind-and must be addressed at this time.

Essentially, it reads to me that the following can easily be surmised and extrapolated as a statement to any world leader:

The viability of 'denial' regarding the subject of evidence regarding the existence and presence of some extra or non-terrestrial intelligence operating with the planet's atmosphere and vicinity is no longer in question. We must cease the failed political and cultural doctrine of manipulating the facts. The global social environment no longer supports the policy of 'official ignorance.' The potential of the situation exceeding our ability to control it increases as we continue to decry the evidence as imaginary and fail to prepare a cohesive protocol to deal with these 'events'.

Will there be a response to this open letter I wonder? And even if there is, will we hear of it?

Very interesting read. Even he says this is subject is too important for any single agency to handle. It's amazing thinking about how our leaders seem to know about this (for awhile now), so why are we still messing with petty crap like the fake-monopoly-money financial system or playing the stupid war game again?

Is is a strange story. A well formulated problem case, of course. But what is the intent behind this. It seems like it is a open letter, because we can read it, so it states more points of focus possibly. Following the Admiral own strategy of reasoning. Information = Strategy

The admiral wants the public to know that he is aware of the problem. Why? Is he running for something. He looks to old.

The admiral wants the public to get aware of the problem. And follow his reasoning in this, BEFORE maybe getting the same input by somen else wiht a different mood in it.

The admiral want the public to know that HE is telling Sarkozy, and that he COULD be not aware of the problem. So he is telling that the President maybe uniformed, which undermines his position.

One way or another, the PUBLIC AWARENESS plays a role in this. Do the need votes for a research, I do not think so. Or maybe he is indirectly addressing the parliament? They could play a role in the fundign of research.

Since these kind of public notices on the subject are increasing in number, I suspect a strategy. Raising awareness? I don't know.
