mp3s of recent political speeches or statements?

I have this crazy idea of automating speech recognication against reverse speech and correlating the results with keywords from Google news, to see if anything of predictive value comes up. Of course I'm not going to do this because, because of time and money constraints, but does anyone know where recent political speeches are hosted online?

An alternative is make a linux Tivo-like box and reexp the daily TV schedule to record anything with a politican in it, and reverse the statement. Anyone have a clue what I'm talking about?

as for recent speeches, i have no clue - i'd love to know though, i've searched kazaa back in the day and search bearshare once in a while now for speeches and to no avail, best bet is to record them yourself =\
