Man on Mars Yes or No?

I was just looking at a Nasa website and i came across something quite interesting but i dont know if its on abovetopsecret already but im gonna put it up for discussion anyway

Oh yeah, that was ran into the ground here, I think... Lengthy thread if I recall, or something like it anyway (it is ATS after all).

I came to the conclusion that it's a rock formation. It even got some pretty heavy mainstream coverage as well, so I don't think it's anything worth of further analysis.
