Is there a way where we could have a forum where religion can not be discussed in it? It seems that every time someone post something, it always gets twisted and turned into a damn religion discussion. Some great topics have gone south due to this. Just one forum where there can be no religious referrences. I know that religion is very important in some peoples lives, but some of us don't mess with them. So why must they mess with us?

If you feel that a topic outside the religion forum is or has become a topic better suited for that forum let a moderator or administrator know and we will consider moving it.

Is there any one in particular to which you refer?

It isn't in the forum labelled "Religion" is it? (J/K)

Please u2u us when a thread starts drifting in such manner. If you're talking about a topic such as the antiChrist, don't get miffed because a Christian pops in and corrects you on the secular attempts to distort the facts. But if you're talking about the fact that Ford is obviously a superior car compared to Chevy and someone jumps in adamantly touting that God drives a Fiat, please, call on us. We have the nets and aren't afraid to use them!

Here's the reeeeeeeeeeally simple answer:

If you don't want every discussion to turn into a religious argument, then DON'T RESPOND TO RELIGIOUS POSTS. Go on with your discussion. Its like the telephone - you're not required to answer it every time it rings.

Many peoples minds have been distorted by religion. That's all they can think about. They have to relate every subject they can, to the presence of a god. That's why that happens.
