President Bush: "Another 9/11 on the way".

I've searched and have come up emtpy handed. Bush announcing (his plans) for a double fature of 9/11 seems to be a hot topic right now and I can easily see why. Was there a video clip or external source for this quote?

Also, who out there believes this is a clever way to soften us up so we'll be more accepting when McCain takes office?
