Rice Questions Need for More Russian Troops in Troubled Georgian Areas

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Thursday she does not see the need for additional Russian peacekeeping troops in the breakaway Georgian regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
