Which of these forums at BTS would I find Adobe-Illustrator experts?

I would like help with Adobe Illustrator CS3 (Mac-version). I'm having problems with it right now. Which forum at BelowTopSecret.com should I go to for help in this subject?

My problem with that program is the selection tool isn't working for me.

Here's a screenshot of the Selection Tool:


When I try to select and resize an image (object or path) in Adobe Illustrator I get nothing beside dark-blue boxes on the corners of a dark-blue rectangle (example shown below), rather than the 4 or more white boxes that are supposed to appear, when people use the selection-tool to resize an object/path.

Thanks for your time & patience. If you think of any websites that are more useful for finding answers about this subject, I would appreciate at least 1 suggestion of which site I should visit, whether or not it's ATS or BTS.

click on the blue rectangle, hold shift and drag them to resize proportionatly
