Might not have been an "offical" observation but somebody who was connected and new there was going to be a test in that area.
Looks like Nellis bombing range. Very desolate but considering the fact that phone lines and transmission lines run across the country even in barren
areas it is not surprising to see the telephone pole with nothing else around it.
It is not rocket as the "glowing" portion clearly breaks up after the second impact. IT also is consitent with a high speed high density penetrating
round that upon impact fragments to do maximum damage, although the size estimation this "thing" is over 15 feet long and with the impact angle and
possible velocity this "thing" should have broken apart on the first angle.
The other thing is that IMO this video has been slowed down and the actual velocity is much faster, given the seperation rate after the second impact
I think the frame rate has been slowed down by at least 10 or 15 frames
