How to Invoke an Alien with certain enchantment [just for fun]

I couldn't seem to find any anything reguarding such, but i've heard that witches back in the day used enchantment to invoke the spiritual or physical presense of aliens. They didnt call them aliens back in the days.

I'd like to know if anyone is aware of what im describing or who have practiced the ancient invoke of such spiritual entitys. Thank you.
