Does anyone know the source of the photo or/and any other useful details?

I am not up on such things as the illuminati...

But I always thought that was the "I Love You" sign.

At least that is what it means in my family. And we all 'flash' it all the time.

I'll bet that pic was taken at a rally in Texas... home of the Longhorns...

She's just flashing the "hookem horns" sign... and someone will say, she's doing it wrong... heck I don't even know how to do it correctly, I wouldn't expect her to...

Yes it is...From AMSLAN (AMerican Sign LANguage). If you happen to be a fan of the rock band KISS, you would have been seeing Gene Simmons flashing the sign a lot in concerts & photographs.

Of course it could also be the Hookem Horns sign. It could also be any number of signs too...Just as a security code substitutes a specific word with a different word to create the code, both the sender & receiver must know the specific code in order to understand the true meaning of the message.

They don't have to be UT fans... If I was running for office, I'd be flashing whatever signs I could to gain the support needed to win.

This is why I don't like prison planet. They make stuff up. Look at the Stuert Little "sign". It is the sign that skateboarders and surfers use. Note that Stuart is on a skateboard. That is not the same sign.

Yes, but you have assumed that she was in Texas. Since there is no evidence of where the photo was taken, I'd say we all are jumping to conclusions.

Maybe they're metal fans? I've been doing that sign for like the last 25 yrs at every DIO, Ozzy, and Black Sabbath concert i've attended.

Maybe she is trying to do the Hang Loose sign but doesn't know how.

She must be an illuminati-"outie", I thought the thumb is supposed to be in.

It's slightly off of the "metal" sign, aka the devil horns, or 666 sign. If she bent her thumb in toward her hand that would be it.

What she's doing there is the "I love you" sign in sign language, whether she's trying to or not.

I'd guess she's probably attempting the longhorns thing, which she's doing wrong, and the post of GW doing it is how it should be done.

She could also be doing the 'wolf pack' thing, but again it'd be wrong.

So basically, Hilldawg isn't very good at hand signs.
