While this doesn't have to do with the latest Phoenix lights flap, I found this Army presentation which gives a clear statement about the '97 Phoenix Lights.

It's nothing new, just more details -- especially about how the flares were dropped by A10s in the West Range.

Dropped?

So then how did the flares overcome the gravity and move upwards?

I'm not saying they are UFO's, but I know they weren't A-10 flares. I've seen many A10's drop flares, and that's not what happened in Phoenix.

Maybe someone's neighbor witness them drop the A-10 flares and then the guy held onto a bunch of helium balloons and was able to reach the altitude that the flares were falling from and attach helium balloons to each flare, allowing the float. Oh and since they were on helium balloons they also would be able to shift in sync. LOL

Ya it explained alot kinda like how the 2 Britt guys claimed they made all the crop circles, and that explained them.

Everyone is quick to point out that a UFO sighting or pic or vid is probably fake cuz its maker wanted 15min of fame, I think its very agrivateing that turn about isn't seen as far play on these "it was fake cuz I did it" claims.

I heard the clip of that guy and all I heard was a lie, well he got his fame didn't he? Neat how he got his balloons to make diffrent shapes, though.

ok... compare the phoenix lights *which were either stationary or upward moving with no FLARE like lighting* to this flare dropped by an A10:

ya... definitely flares.... NOT
