Russia is often out with it's planes near the Norwegian border, a typical combination is a TU-95 flanked by eighter a SU-27 or Mig-29
Here you can see pilots taking pictures of eachother inflight, and of the planes, this is a bit closer then normaly, but it shows that both the
Russians and the Norwegians have a good and friendly relationship in the northern borders.
The reasons for the pictures is for ID purposes, the Norwegians where up and ID'es some 88 planes in 47 flights last year, this yesr it's been up to
18 flights this year.
