A recent Austin-American Statesman review of Neo-Con Philip Bobbitt's new book Terror and Consent features an image of a shredded Constitution under the words "Everything must go," which acts as a suitable entrée to a disgusting diatribe which praises Bobbitt's call for the end of America and its replacement with a de facto world government in the name of fighting terror.

The words, "How to Fight Terrorism" are in place of a torn piece of the Bill of Rights.

If you believe America is, or ever was, a great country, it is due more to the constitution of the United States more than anything else in history or politics.

Everything we're suffering from recently is a result of those who are attempting to undermine the foundation this country was built on. This is treason. The oath of the president is not to "protect America" but to uphold the constitution.

Indeed---These idiots seem to be in a 'furious' race to abolish the constitution in recent years, because they want ALL the power and wealth---Things that the constitution warned against. They are the antitypes to all the original founding fathers that wrote this document and its ideals stood for.

I will repeat it once again.

We know this President (and Administration as a whole) has shreded the Constitution...so why I ask, do we continue to do NOTHING? For god's sake, this is our Country!

Why are we just sitting here on the computer, agreeing with each other that our Constitution has been disregarded by the Government, yet we continue to do nothing to stop it?

It's our duty to end this tyranny, yet we do nothing. It's disgusting.

I don't see any proof that "Prison Planet" has lied to anyone about Philip Bobbitt. Apparently, he is not a:
1. Supporter of the U.S. constitution.
2. True democrat.
3. American patriot.

Small problem with this regime fall you speak of. They aren't concerned with the dollar... it's all part of the agenda, imo. The descimation of the dollar will not negatively affect them in the least.

Gotta love it when it's pointed out that the assumed connection between the current administration and Bobbitt is intertwined with the emotional connotations of calling him a "neo-con," then when the fact that the man is a lifelong democrat comes out the OP quickly redirects and wants the point he was trying to infer ignored.

The facts are that Philip Bobbitt is LBJ's nephew and has had far more prestigious links with the democrats who have presided over this country than he has any Republicans. The man was Clinton's director of both intelligence programs and headed the office of strategic planning for Clinton. The fact is he's had no involvement with the current administration whatsoever. He's a talking head that has found his voice with less authority as the recent years have passed, so he has decided to direct attention onto himself by proposing outrageous and repugnant ideas in his latest book. I like Prison Planet and I like Alex Jones, but their desperation to link everyone to the media created neo-con is getting a little stale.

Also, I like how no one here can actually say anything about the book.
Why? Because none of us have read it. Sure, this is an assumption but no one here has admitted to purchasing the book and reading it for themselves. I love how we damn things before really knowing what it is that we are in fact damning.

It was important. ANYONE touching or threatening to change the Constitution is very, very serious.

Bush 43 wanted to change the Constitution to ban gay marriage.
Cheney is the one that made sure it didn't happen.

There is NO REASON for Bush to touch the Constitution. He just wanted to put his fingerprints on it and to 'impress' the radical evangelicals in the Republican party.

I mean, you are saying the US government works for both Nazis, which happened to be a Socialist movement (thus a totalitarian Liberal political party by all means of definition) .. and which thought the Fascist movement in Italy was "concerning" to say the least, Hitler, being socialist, did not trust Fascist, and thought Communist where weak.. anyways..

You are saying they work for an extinct Socialist political party AND Highly conservative Jews.. which the Nazi party at one time spent a great deal of effort to kill.
