REMOTE VIEWING how do you preapare your mind

PLEASE can people tell me who know how do you best prepare your mind for remote viewing AND REMOTE DOWSING !

Weird. I wonder if it's actually true that people can do this. I know there's been lots of studies done on spoon/metal bending at universities with good results.
