Astral Dreams

Hi guys, I've recently been having crazy dreams. Last night I actually had a lucid dream; however, I only get them randomly once in a while. Every time I have a lucid dream my head hurts really bad; it feels like theres a lot of pressure in my head. In my lucid dream everything was realistic. I saw myself lying in bed and all of a sudden my head starts to hurt really bad and I have the feeling like I'm having a heart attack. Has anyone had a their head hurt really bad during a lucid dream?

Just depends on whats happening in the dream. Sometimes Ill wake up with a massive headache other times I wont.
