Yeah, dinosaurs were all over the place in Biblical times of a few thousand years ago... all those T-rexes and such...

If you are a true believer in the Bible and all that gas, then dinasaurs, the theory of evolution and all the other 'minute' details of the history of Earth that arn't 'mentioned' completely go against everything you believe in. Because God created man, he placed Adam Eve first, or so you believe if you are Christian/Catholic etc.

you have to chose one or the other: Science or religion. Both are failures IMOA, one far more than the other.

15 "Look at the behemoth,
which I made along with you
and which feeds on grass like an ox.
16 What strength he has in his loins,
what power in the muscles of his belly!
17 His tail sways like a cedar;
the sinews of his thighs are close-knit.
18 His bones are tubes of bronze,
his limbs like rods of iron.
19 He ranks first among the works of God,
yet his Maker can approach him with his sword.
20 The hills bring him their produce,
and all the wild animals play nearby.
21 Under the lotus plants he lies,
hidden among the reeds in the marsh.
22 The lotuses conceal him in their shadow;
the poplars by the stream surround him.
23 When the river rages, he is not alarmed;
he is secure, though the Jordan should surge against his mouth.
24 Can anyone capture him by the eyes,
or trap him and pierce his nose?"

[subject to some debate]

Next question: Why are the pyramids and Sphynx of Giza, Egypt - the #1 World Wonder - not mentioned anywhere in the Bible? Even the Holy Family lived and traveled in that region for a time. Yet not a word.

That description sounds like a crocodile to me.
And the reason why the wonders of Egypt are not mentioned in the Bible, is because the men who created the religion and wrote the Bible, found it hard to accept that heretics (those who believed it other faiths) could produce things that great. How could horrible idol worshippers like the Egyptians actually create monuments that withstand the tests of time, it didn't fit into their "fabricated story", so they didn't tell it.

infomation is propaganda and culture control.

How is it? because people follow it. Well people follow it because its true, and so is everything in the Bible.

Dinosaurs had been dead and extinct some 30 million years before the Bible was written. FYI, the Old Testament was finally compiled by the Rabbis in 70 BC. It wasn't hanging around in 600 BC or 6,000 BC. When Hammurabi was making the codes of law, there was no Bible.

There are lots of things not in the Bible that we know to be true -- the years of darkness following the meteor strike that destroyed the dinosaurs, the multiple ice ages, dinosaurs, mastodons, dire wolves, hyenadons (hard to miss), and millions of other species that would have been mentioned.

If they'd been around, there wouldn't be just one "behemoth" and the savage creatures mentioned would not have been lions and bears but other things. Nothing like a pack of velociraptors to make lions and tigers look like rather trivial predators.

The Bible is a religious instruction book -- but it's not a very good science book.

The Earth is NOT that old! Why does everyone keep on saying its billions and millions of years old??? Its NOT!

The missing world of dinosaurs,
the bible treats this as the '1st earth age'
when the earth became a mess, void, chaotic.

?(was that the asteroid impact 65MYA that killed the dinosaur kingdom>allowed mammels to flourish?)?

Besides, that particular earth age was ommitted because it has nothing to do with the Virtual Reality Construct that the Bible, Hebrew Religion wished to present.

~~++~~

Now note, the Bible does point out that the destruction
of babylon (by divine intent)
...leaves the city a uninhabitable place, save for OWLS and SATYRS forever!!

HUH, you say?!...SATYRS...are pagan myths!! They don't exist??...do they?-->

well the bible says that 'satyrs' inhabit that part of present day Iraq

enjoy your journey...

If both are failures then why the hell do you feel empowered to add to a debate concerning them.

A Hippopotamus does not have a tail the size of a cedar or an adult tree.

Based on scientific data, experimentation, and research, the Earth is estimated to be about 5.5 billion years old.

" Why does everyone keep on saying its billions and millions of years old??? Its NOT!' Maybe everyone else understands the principles behind science, unlike you. If you do not think the Earth is that old, please present your data to that effect.

BTW, FWIW: the last dinosaurs went extinct about 60 million years ago, not 30.

ummm, the bible has been known to exaggerate, that discription is more likely to be an exaggeration of an animal that would have been considered to be exotic to the people in the area.

maybe they had never seen an elephant before and thought it's trunk was it's tail?
