request for a new board forum section

There seems to be a huge ramp up in the number of food related threads. These threads having to do with the upcoming food shortages and how they are going to effect the world. News of riots, political upheaval and shortages are in the news on a daily basis now.



Topics included in this forum would include

Codex Alemenintrus(sp)
The Seed Bank
Monsanto
Engineered population reduction
Effects of grain being used to produce food
Rising inflation of food costs
How to grow your own food


I believe over the course of the next year these issues will become more and more important. Please consider adding a new section to address these topis. I think it fits hand in hand with 'peak oil; and 'avian flu' as a yopic that bears watching closely

I think only the posts regarding how to garden would fit into the survival section. I dont think any of the other possible topics I mentioned would have any business in the survival section.
