I never said that. I simply say what is fulfilled, and also say that it all seems to happen in the exact same chronology as fortold in the Bible. This idol is supposed to come now according to scripture. Two prophets will also be killed soon. World War 3 is just around the corner. Increased earthquakerates, many rare signs in the Heavens, the time is now. These things happen now, but the end is not yet, all these things which are happening now must first happen, and then the end will come, for most people.

This same nonsense has gone on for hundreds of years.

If the whole concept wasn't full of contradictions, then I may actually care, however...

Yes it has been growing like a flower, growing up and has finally sprung out, and it simply doesn't smell like anything that brings life. It's not a rose, but a fleur de lis which has been painted to look like a rose.

Like I said. This same religious hysteria has been going on for centuries, and it's always just around the corner. When are the "faithful" going to finally admit that the corner was rounded and nothing has nor will happen...

Say it with me... MO-VIE MO-VIE MO-VIE

Just like the Mik/Ham of old (last week, that is), you resort to calling poeple idiots and such... you know, you have yet to prove or provide information saying that the Passion of Christ is the sign of the End of Days. Surely, the movie End of Days would have served your purpose better?

But, alright... people may in fact believe that the ACTOR they are seeing on the screen is the actual Jesus Christ... so for them, I have prepared a little prayer.

*ahem*

NOW I sit down in my seat
sounds of popcorn beneath my feet
Mel Gibson, a movie, he did make
the Christ I see is an actor, a fake

Amen, Hail Mary

Now, I remember a thread you made last year that stated that Revelations was John's way of stabbing Rome... so which one is it? How many different views can you have on the same subject? And yet, you want to create another one?

You were in a losing battle in the previous Passion Of Christ thread, you're in another one right now. You talk and talk, but have yet to defend your claim that this MOVIE is the sing of the END TIMES.

How do I know you are in a losing battle? Simple: once again (as before and before that, in thread after thread), whenever people make valid points and argue very well, you start calling others idiots, morons, losers... whatever happened to the "judge not, least ye be judged yourself?" Or does that only pertain to us heathens?

There are more people dead, who are seeing that movie, than there are people seeing it in cinemas. Back in the time of Jesjuah they saw in their spirits what people see today, and what people have repeated through the ages to make it fit with the lie they try to take over the world with. Maybe Jesjuah was killed one and alone because his life and his teachings etc. his exhalted appearance in what the spirit witnessed about the Messiah, how he looks very Roman in the movie, contrary to how Jesjuah infact looked like and so on. A film such as this is THE most destructive attack you can do against the Holy Spirit. It is to lie for all ages and tell things and stories that never happened. How Jesjuah had to copy all the film tricks to be believed. Mel Gibson and the Pope and that actor are all testing God and trying to confuse the Spirit of God. That none of you people seems to see this scares the #e out of me.

My 78 year old grandmother, born and raised Catholic, actually went and asw this MOVIE... she absolutely loved it!

And, oddly enough, Mel Gibson is in the Bible Code, too... as well as his movie. Here is a link to the brief description (suprizenly, written by Jewish rabis, some old)...

Hamilton, please stop this.

Me aand my family saw this movie and most of them thought it was great. You blind your eyes so badly baised on your interpretation of the first command that you can se no good out of anything, only judgement.

My brother after seeing this told me directly.

" I never want to sin again "

He went to church with me this past week and enjoyed it and i see a major change in him. And all you see is your own view. you don't see it through Gods eyes, you don't see why God allowed this to be created at these times, and you sit here and tell me who has rayed for my brother for years, that this film is evil? When yu have no clue what it has done in our lives already?

This is truly sad, and im speaking to you as a man of christ who you are, or say you are, and should see the good to come out of a film, even if its to convert 3 hearts out of millions, then its for good.

peace.

Ok, be a fool.

People don't need to see this movie just to get the message of Jesus, that is what the Bible is for.

I find it sad out people are encouraging people to see this movie to "get" Jesus.

Open up a Bible.

Portraying Jesus is BLASPHEMY

Portraying God is BLASPHEMY

Portraying any prophet is BLASPHEMY.

That whole movie was BS.

For 25 minutes Jesus was tortured.

Any man would've died while being scourged like how Jesus was.

This movie is not in God's favor. Get a clue.

maan do i really have to do this?

yes you can read about jesus all day long, and read about how he suffered, but you cannot (feel) it like I could when I saw this movie. ive read about his suffering many times and still didnt feel it like i did when i saw
this film.

Its about showing you how intense amount of pain he went through for everybody, to show them how serious it was so they woul feel how much he went through for the love of us.

" 25" minutes.

The movie displayed sceens from scripture of what really happened, with cut sceens of personal moments betweem good and evil.

" no man could survive tose scourgings "

jesus was God, and survived all the way until he was on the cross according to scripture.

Look Ill, you don't have to believe, you don't have to understand wat times your living in, but your a good man i suppose, you should know that God brings good out of such events for the better. I truly believe he is trying his hardest to wake up those in the world to bring them to him before
all seriousness breaks loose, and i mean WW3, and if you don't want to see this then its your choice. but don't call me a fool, when your own prophet condemned judgement and name calling.

peace.

Tell me where my prophet condemns name calling. I'm not passing off judgment either, that is just hideous to say.

How are you going to tell me that movie portrays what Jesus feels?

Were you there when he was suffering? No one would know what he felt, not even in a movie. It's called a movie.

The Gospel is so shaky we can't even believe every word in it.

I think your sad if you sincerely think this movie portrays the exact image of what happened 2,000 years ago.

And Jesus was not God, another hideous comment.

Only in Christianity.

Blasphemy all across the board.

he said he was, and was prophecied by the prophets, and your own muslim scholars use our bible to
deny him, but fail to mention the passages which say hes God.

Illmatic this movie was creatd baised on a lady calle St catherine Emmerick, a saint who had the stigmata of jesus and sufered his passion on certain days, and saw viisions of his crucifction. mel was in a book store i think, and out of nowhere a book
fell from the top shelf about Catherine Emmerick, and it was this stuff and him reading the book which led him to make it, and scriptural acounts.

I mean you don't have to see themovie, ad infact my uncle hated it, but what it has done in just my brothers life who sold drugs (last year) is simply amazing that i cannot deny.

ill be a fool until my death bed.

Yea, and in your own Bible your Jesus clearly calls himself a Prophet.

I don't care if a book fell and hit Mel Gibson on the head.

That lady who wrote it lived in the 17th century if I'm not mistaken and what makes you think she knew what Jesus went through?

You've got to come at me with more than herself claiming to see Jesus or whatever because watch me claim I feel the breath of Jesus and write a movie that will be made by 2010.

Mel Gibson showed the movie to Pope John Paul before it was released... you know what the Pope said?

"It is as it was".

Now, to me, Gibson went through alot to make sure the movie accurately portrayed the events of Jesus' last days. Pat Robertson, Billy Graham both gave it "thumbs up"... but then to have it reviewed by the Pope?

(This can be read in the current issue of Reader's Digest)

And now, you guys are saying that any representation of Jesus or God is wrong, that it is worshipping a false idol? What about the stained glass images in churches... the felt pictures hanging in our grangmothers houses... those plastic Jesus figures glued on car dashboards... lets not forget the "Jesus Fish" on car bumpers, the dove holding a branch, the images of Mary...

Seems to me that the accusers of wrong doing are the ones who are blind, that they are the ones who can pick and choose what is deemed "worthy" or not.

No one... NO ONE... knows what Jesus looked like. God looks like everybody... after all, we are made in HIS image. Anyway, people will find comfort in creating a face of their Lord so that they can better approach him. It is rather obvious, really... would you rather pray to a kindly old bearded man, or the tentacled face of Cthulu? Sure, that's an extreme example, but it fits. We want God to look like something we would be comfortable with.

And, hey, about Jesus being God's son... aren't we all "children of God"? Each and every one of us had the potential to become as Jesus. Jesus, if I recall correctly, was said to be the "Son of Man". He was the offspring of man... he was touched by God. He had a calling, he sought it out to its ultimate end.

The Sumerian Zoroaster, too, had a similiar calling, hundreds of years before Christ. He strived to teach about the One God, brought his beliefs from Iraq to India. Just like Jesus, Zoroaster was of a virgin birth. Just like Jesus, Zoroaster died, and came back. Where am I going with this?

That everyone has the potential to be as onto Jesus, or ultimately, God. This last part is a Gnostic thing. If you want, I'll give links later, but I'm on a roll right now, so I won't deviate from my course!

In regards to this movie, yes, it is a movie. Much like the movie "Jesus of Nazarath", "Prince of Egypt", "The Ten Commandments", "The Last Temptation of Jesus", "Stigmata", "Dogma". Other than the movie Dogma, I don't recall hearing people complain.

On cable television, the Catholics have their own station... don't know what it is off-hand. But I have seen that station play cartoons, which shows Jesus. Sunday school gives children coloring books with images of Jesus. No matter what you do, or where you go, there are images of Jesus being portrayed, and yet... no one seems to care. Suprizenly, all the images look alike!

This movie is not evil, nor is it wrong. Jesus being whipped and tortured for 25 minutes? Yeah, so? Look at it realisticly, he was made to suffer for our sins... and yet at the same time, he was made to suffer so that he would not have a long agonizing death on the cross. From what I've read, a few hours on the cross before dying was never heard of... you were expected to hang for at least a day or two.

Mel Gibson used the scriptures as his source of information. He researched and studied and made the movie to fit, and work, the best he could. Yes, it shows Jesus being hurt... but wasn't he being hurt? Wasn't Jesus whipped, thorned, made to drag a cross, hung, and stabbed? He had to go through the ordeals so that you wouldn't be made to suffer. And yet, it is you people who call this movie vile, who refuse to except the fact that that stuff had happened!

And yes, the movie is bringing the word and teachings of Jesus to the masses. No matter what words you use, or how you twist things around, this movie is showing people how Jesus died for us. This was Mel Gibson's intent; again, from the current Reader's Digest:

"I wanted not just to show the actions, I wanted to bring out the emotions."

You cannot believe, fully, the cause and actions of Jesus' crucification, without knowing the hows and whys. Would it not seem justified to appreciate just what Jesus had to go through so you can stab him in the back? If you deny what he had gone through, do you not also deny the gift he has given you?

Open your eyes, oh people of 'movie wickedness'. This movie is just a movie, true... but it is a movie with deeper impact, deeper meaning, than anything that can be heard in church sermons.

Besides, I've said it before... how can you judge the movie without having even seen it?

First the accusers were complaining about how it was anti-simetic, showing the Jews in a bad light. Huh? The Jewish leaders were the ones who wanted Jesus killed.

Then, on this sight, there was complaints that the guy playing Jesus wasn't right for the part... he looked wrong. I don't see any difference between him and the actor from "Jesus of Nazarath".

Then, you ATS whiners were complaining that his color was wrong. Who cares about that, too? Color should never play a part in what should be a greater meaning.

Now you guys are saying that the movie is the sign of the End Times, and that the movie is total fiction, wrong in every way. The only way I can see how this shows the End Times is that "Jesus will be made known to the masses in the End of Days". And since the movie is literally based on the gospels, does that mean the Bible is wrong, too?

Movies are never as good as the book. Any Steven King reader can tell you that. But that isn't the point. The point is this:

When you see what Jesus had to do to save your soul, you will achieve a greater understanding, and emotional resolve. Maybe, when you die and go to heaven, when you see Jesus... tell him thank you.

You see "prophecy" where there is none, IMO. The want exceeds the need, in most cases.

People, more often then not, see what they want to see in relationship to themselves. Prophecy is often just a twisting of the meaning of preexisting words that is applied to an event after the fact.

Just the fact that you don't understand that this is the majestic sin towards the SECOND commandment, nearly a grand sin towards the First, shows the folly you are trying to defend. Come on, don't you see that this is Satan trying to test your knowlege of the Law? Stop it yourself! You are not able to. You need my help. I'll promise you that. This is it. You didn't (yes you did) possibly believe that "every single person on this Earth" meant that no Christians would be involved? "Every free man" means "every" Christian. "Every slave" means "every" Jew. You will all fall for Satan's play, and it seems dark, when I choose to fight it, for only Arch Mikael will understand it. That's what is written anyway. And I don't think of myself as anything greater than you are all.

I suppose you're not referring to me, right? Darn.

You know, as a side note... totally off the subject here... when the End Days come, and everybody gets sucked up to Heaven... I'm hoping, no, I know... that I'll remain. Is it because I don't follow a strict path? Is it because some of my beliefs and practices are those 'forbidden' by men of the clothe?

No.

It is because I know I have a purpose, a reason to be left behind. Wether it is to guide or help people, or to combat certian... things emerging through the Gates, I know I will be here.

So sayth the Nameless One, guardian of the 5th Gate, soothsayer of Ur (also known as Michael... but you can call me Mike)
