I've noticed that on my tv, when i change the channel to 117 (i have basic cable setup) i see some graph that is always on this channel and never
changes to anything else. I dont know if this is part of some plan or whats being monitered but it has caught my attention. Any information on this
enigma would be greatly appriciated
