Yes I've noticed the original thread was trashed by searching on Google I found a cached version of the ATS thread. I wonder why this was trashed? Also have noticed that the OP has posted this thread to several other conspiracy theory sites including: Godlikeproductions.com, ALexJones forum, clubconspiracy.com..which can just mean the OP is trying to get the word out..or it can show that it's being propagated possibly as a hoax too..I just wanted to include this fact in my post here.

I am skeptical because:
1-Full info was not provided until today (page two with the scanned docs did not exist)
2-GAALT use an @AOL address.
3-Unfortunately LER does not really have any academic credentials (this I will be further investigating)

1. Any number of reasons for him to not put that page up, perhaps he was preparing the pages, images docs etc..

2. If you know anything about AOL and how it relates to the gov/mil, is it really that far-fetched to have an aol address? Also the email sender could have been using an alias email account to send hi/her reply to josh (josh-at-caprica.net), or any number other reasons.

You have been researching this for two days, what have you found?

Here's what I've found so far (I just joined this thread):

♦ GAALT acronym is: Gain Adjusting Audio Leveling Terminator (GAALT Industries). They even list the company name, found here: GAALT ACRONYM

What is this device?

A quick search of the finds a patent on this device.

US Patent 3182137

Gain Adjusting Audio Leveling Terminator, patent 3182137, Donald C. Beatty, 2800 Overhill Rd., Birmingham, Alabama, Filed Aug 2, 1961.

♦ So how is this D.C. Beatty affiliated with GAALT Industries. No information on this company is listed on Google as I could find. I did find the OLD company website in the wayback machine archive showing exactly waht the OP listed in his information website. The website is no longer hosted, but the archive show it did in fact exist, up until 2004 or so.

Here is an address of GAALT Ind. found on the net:
GAALT INDUSTRIES
1013 OXMOOR RD, Birmingham, AL-35209, 205-879-3774

SIC: 6794, Phone: 205-879-3774
www.123city.net...

Also found with the same address when perforing a search on "1013 Oxmor Rd" yields:

Solar Electric CO
1013 Oxmoor Rd
Birmingham Jefferson
35209-5317, Alabama

Phone: 205-879-3774

♦ So what of this D.C. Beatty? Well from the OP site, we find the obituary of Joyce Ann Nelson Beatty, owner of Beatty Ind. in Alabama.

Anyone else have some research into this elusive company?

The Ultimate Unseen Hand Behind the New World Order.

I don't know if I would go that far, but from what I have looked into, this guy is going to pretty extreme lengths to hide his identity. His name only turns up that one factum. Do you have any further info regarding this case?

I will use my University journal DB to try and pull up some other court documents regarding this case, and hopefully the original case (only the factum of the appeal was on the net - why not the original case factums?).

Hopefully someone who is good at researching old cases can help us. Also someone who is good at researching corporate ownership of stuff can help us to find out what Don Jr is up to these days.

I also posted a thread in the science forum to see two things:
1- What the heck is Vario Amplifier? (Apparently what GAALT made)
2- Is the DNA recognition tech even possible, let alone feasible?

ALSO:
I keep saying they are failing because they chose not to renew the GAALT trademark in 2002. Unfortunately I posted the link in the last thread, which was the US trademark services database (or something to that effect).

Yes, I wrote to abovetopserect to find out why the pages were removed. I found this to be highly suspicious, indeed. But then again, maybe they thought it was spam? I don; tknow, still waiting for a reply back on that one.

What is the purpose of pullin goff some kind of scam like this anyways? It's research.....not some marketing gimmick.

(Whenever you quote, just edit the quote to include only the pertinent parts relative to your thoughts, remove the images, etc to shorten your quoted parts..) You can go back and edit your posts to shorten them (or a mod will slap you around..
)

Enclose your quote with
text
, replacing [] with brackets...
Just a heads up.

Ok so you are better researcher than I. Props. Keep in mind yesterday I had half of the info available today.

Anyways, according to page 80 of the updated status of technology in the LER, this stuff is manufactured by:
International Telecommunications Inc., a subsidiary of the Beatty Company in Birmingham, Alabama, who own both GAALT and the Solar power company. I found this poorly constructed website. They seem to have some sort of link to Sun Micro systems?

Did you check your local bridge yet?

EDIT: This Beatty co. may be different. They are based in SD. Inf on their software here (CTRL-F beatty, it is 3/4 of the way down). Is this a different company?

Too many scots out there.

I'm going to be politically correct so no one will be offended.

I be the first to tell anyone I'm not a conspiracy person. I looked over the documents from the second link of the first post. The documents would fail any college level English class and would be a joke at best for any business output or any serious background information at a government level.

The mixture of third party and first party usage is just part of the problem. Dispassionate history should be that, not conjecture, or a slanted take on historic events. Mixing of historical time lines is another problem. But then, everyone here knows this....

I know an old saying from a person who I would trust with my children. "If part of it is crap, then it's all crap." He also happens to be a retired person from an agency listed in this thread. No, he's not into new ageism, the matrix, or any other form of "ism" except anti-communism and Americanism. I'll mention GAALT in passing to see if I evoke a reaction.

I really enjoyed the AOL E-mail address. That is a very good observation.

But then, that could be just a blind box so the average folk don't get too uppity in trying to find the truth.

The articles in question are part of a quarterly conspiracy journal, so clearly the writing may not be up to academic standards. Also, one of the documents (Rail industry history), was a letter to the editor. So I wouldn't discount the validity of this because of grammatical errors.

GUYS:
I am trying to find info on International Telecommunications, Inc. (ITLS). They seem to be based out of Nevada, so maybe this is a different company, or maybe they changed their name recently.

I still think this company may no longer exist, because they chose not to renew the GAALT TM. Either way, I think if we can find out what DC Junior is up to these days we can start to piece this together fully.

In their Bizdays
listing GAALT used the categories to describe themselves:

Sales: $10-25 Million
Employees: 2 - 4

If you Google Earth their stated location
1013 Oxmoor Road
Birmingham, AL

Google Earth has it as "Dawson in the Snow" which is a little weird but not uncommon for the mistake juggernaut that is Google Earth. Looking at the Oxmoor Road directory there does seem to be a Dawson School and Baptist Church. Hardly a reason to cue the spooky music - but just huh.

I just wanted to see some research so I wouldn't have to do as much work

Seriously though, what was on that trashed thread, any insight from anyone (I noticed it was 2 pages..)

Also, trying to find some patents on Donald c. Beatty, here's what I've found so far:

www.google.com...
AUTOMATIC, CIRCUIT-CONDITION-CHANGE-RESPONSIVE, ON-OFF CONTROL FOR LOUDSPEAKING
Patent number: 3041411
Filing date: Jun 10, 1958
Issue date: Jun 1962
Inventor: Donald C. Beatty

www.google.com...
SOUND AMPLIFYING APPARATUS FOR TELEPHONE AND LIKE CIRCUITS
Patent number: 2826636
Filing date: Jan 27, 1956
Issue date: Mar 1958
Inventor: Donald C. Beatty

www.google.com...
SELF-REGULATING COMPRESSION AMPLIFIER
Patent number: 3275946
Filing date: Nov 6, 1963
Issue date: Sep 27, 1966
Inventor: Donald C. Beatty

www.google.com...
SOUND AMPLIFYING APPARATUS FOR X T TELEPHONE CMCUTTS
Patent number: 2786099
Filing date: Feb 9, 1954
Issue date: Mar 19, 1957
Inventor: Donald C. Beatty

www.google.com...
APPARATUS FOR DELIVERING AND RECEIVING TELEPHONE MESSAGES
Patent number: 2539565
Filing date: Mar 4, 1949
Issue date: Jan 30, 1951
Inventor: Donald C. Beatty

www.google.com...
APPARATUS FOR DELIVERING AND RECEIVING TELEPHONE MESSAGES
Patent number: 2525763
Filing date: Jul 23, 1948
Issue date: Oct 17, 1950
Inventor: Donald C. Beatty

Notice the address is the same as listed n my previous post as that being from the GAALT INDUSTRIES address, so a connection is obviously made.

It seems all these are related to radio and telephone communications, including what was originally referred to by the OP that is, telephone, telephone amplification, answering machines, speakerphone...

Also of interest is listing any patents that listed Beatty's as a citation, as offshoots from, Donald Beatty's inventions.

More stuff for ya

I have found that Donald Croom Beatty was charged with some sort of tax fraud in the sale of several russian SMGs in the 70s, and that he was also suspected of having a hitman to take care of his enemies. The factum is linked on pg 1.

What do you think of that?

I found out what GAALT supposedly is (although the statement by the AL Mens Hall of Fame seems to claim it is a different device than what you pulled up - interesting). Hopefully the science forum can tell us soon.

What do you think of that?

I have concluded it is irrational for GAALT to go after Josh but not LRE.

What do you think of that?

I have found that the family history sites I have consulted list JCB Jr as being a confidential entry. One caches version existed, suggesting this was recently changed?

What do you think of that?

There should be a prism device under every bridge in the US.

What do you think of that?

Good job on patent research!

EDIT:
The acronym site you used allows user submissions. For all we know Josh himself could have submitted it. I find it weird there is no other mention of this tech on the net, or in any of the journals I have searched thus far. I remain skeptical of this "Gain Adjusting Audio Leveling Terminator"

Yes this is possible, many acronym sites do have user submitted entries (like wkipedia as well), yet they are still used as references (albeit not good ones).

But good point and catch.
There were a few acronym sites that listed this, I will have to dig in this area.

Good references on this, it's pretty interesting so far. What I'd like to find is the geneology on this family, before and after this D.C. Beatty.

○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○

I've linked to the website as found on the wayback archive, the website images as they were prior to being removed in 2004. The website was: www.gaalt.com (no longer functioning).

Here are screenshots, which match what the OP has added in his website. The Wayback archive goes back to Dec 1998. If the OP was hoaxing, he'd have had to post a fake website starting in 1998 (of course not implausible).

My hoax suggestion involves Josh picking this company as those who are coming after him. I do not believe this yet, I just do not want to rule it out.

Did you check out that factum I posted?
I think this could yield some important info. I am still looking for the original case though.

Good find on the old website though, I noted they do list an @Aol.com address. Check that one off of the possible hoax reason list!

I too would like to look into geneology, and I will try to find the cached site that did have a small tree (which has since been removed). Josh also has a few family trees posted on his site, which I have not delved into in detail as of yet.

One a different GAALT page they list it as Solar Electric Corporation. So which is it, company or corporation? I will look into the corporation now.

Here is a "Solar Electric Company", but I am not sure if it is the same one. It was founded in 76, 8 years after the GAALT website claims. This is getting confusing, as it seems most of the companies referenced by GAALT have names that are very similiar to other ones. There are also way to many scots name Beatty!

I posted the patent info on the vario amplifier on the other thread going on now.

What this guy actually did was miniaturize electronics from vacuum technology to transistor technology. He was a sharp guy to figure this out. If he made money, it would have come in the later years of his patents life, from the late 60's to 70's. All listed patents would have ran out now.

This is also the time frame for space flight and satellite technology being developed. Little and not vacuum tube based is very good in this field.

I can see many applications for what he developed.

Does this make him a puppetmaster on society... who knows.

It has been removed, the cache date was february 20 2008.

Yeah I saw that Sr had a book. He had quite a large hand in Alabama history, as his membership in the Hall of Fame indicates.

Not fact, but factum. It basically lays out what will be presented in a court before the case. both sides submit a factum to the judge. It gives an overview of the case. You can find it here. This was the only document that turned up when i searched for his legal name in quotations, "Donald Croom Beatty Jr."

Check it out!
