Could be... He could have also have been a woman in drag, a clone, an alien droid, a pawn of the Vatican, a Jewish double agent, a deep cover homosexual and a host of other things he COULD be. Let's use a BIT of logic people...Occams Razor can and does apply in many if not all incidents that can't be explained. Too many E.T. / UFO believers rely on plain old fantasy and bold faced lies dressed up as POSSIBILITIES to justify their desire to believe in the fantastic.

I tend to do that when I see the fantastic being proposed then the inevitable indignation later on down the line when everybody wonders why nobody puts stock in the beliefs and theories surrounding alien civilizations and UFO's.

Of course it's a fact that many of them fled to South America. I'm well aware of public record and history. My statement on the "rumor" of Nazi's in South America was regarding the full fledged Nazi organization. Not stragglers.
