Time running out to resolve NKorea nuclear impasse: US envoy

SINGAPORE (AFP) - Efforts to resolve the North Korean nuclear disarmament impasse are running out of time, a US envoy warned Tuesday.

"I will be discussing the fact that we are kind of running out of time," US negotiator Christopher Hill told reporters before heading into talks in Singapore with his North Korean counterpart Kim Kye-Gwan.

Are they going to hand over the documents for all to see or will they be keep secret so we will never know the truth.

I feel like I have stepped into an alternate reality. Why do I vividly remember North Korea agreeing to disarm and even seeing pictures of them disassembling their nuclear facillities a few years ago? Am I insane?
