trouble sorting out avatar!

I resized the picture its the right size and dimension it uploaded but then when i click the link it comes back with this

files.abovetopsecret.com...

sure its a simple fix any help would be greatly appreciated

I see your avatar just fine.
The link you provided takes me to the avatar on cachefly, which is where ATS uploads are stored.

Sometimes an upload takes a couple minutes to show up on the screen the first time.
Do you still have a problem, or can you see it now as well ?

hmmm very strange i still can't see it

I see it just fine also.

Try a hard refresh,, Ctrl f5.

its a conspiracy i tell ya just rebooted and still not seeing anything

whats even more strange is before i uploaded this photo i uploaded one that was clearly way to big and it was viewable and worked fine
