John Lear's voice mixed in Goa-Trance song???

I came across this song called "Searching for UFOs" by "Astral Projection" a group that makes goa trance songs.

Kind of strange that they mixed a voice into their song that is speaking about UFOs over a phone or or something like that. He sounds very much like John Lear =D
