Bush/Clinton whats the difference ?

Are the Bush and Clinton families the only ones we got to choose from? Why is that ? Are their track record that good ? They have been in power for my whole life, there realy is no difference between them. Where is the "change" that is needed? The elections have become a farce if we have no choice, and we dont have one do we?
