Could someone walk me through media widget

Hi,
my old computer crashed, I lost everything in my itunes.
I have a new computer now, and i want to get all my stuff on my ipod into itunes.

I bought media wiget. I saw all my ipod stuff on media wigit hit all and add to itunes.

When i go to i tunes i see everything under my ipod. but i'm not sure how to get it into itunes my playlist so its always there.

I hope this makes sence, i'm getting frustrated and i could really use some help
