Avatar Self-Hate

Does anyone else start to hate their own avatar after a while? I mean, do you ever just get tired of seeing that same old once amusing image starting at you? Does your heart fill with loathing and malice that seems completely irrational when you scroll past one of your own posts?

Anyone at all?

I think thats when you need to change it...

Whenever I am feeling down, I look at the 'Pixy Baby' avatar and he makes me smile again.

I like my Avatar for the time being, as for the Pixy...I just hope you grow bored of it soon! It if makes you smile I guess thats good though..

I agree though, if you grow bored you may as well change it to a new picture.

I like changing avatars, just like clothes, I get bored with wearing the same thing everyday...

Yes frequent avatar change is a must. I'm just too lazy to do it. It's also a real pain finding an avatar that has the right dimensions to fit the ATS sidebar...

Whenever I get bored with my avatar I just change it.

Wish i could change mine but i am tooo dumb to figure out and besides i cant find another suitable avatar

Do you guys use your own images or do you link to images from other websites?

I am having a search around at the moment, I've come across a lot of members avatars while I've been looking.

Flinx & Drunk ... you could download a demo copy of Paint Shop Pro from HERE and edit your own pix to fit the avatar size limits. Thats what I did.

I know how to change them, but it's very difficult for me to find a 'keeper'. I just changed my avatar a little while ago. Let's see how long it lasts.

You can download a free demo from the site mentioned before - it lasts for 30 days officially (but you usually get 60)

I like to change alot. I am always looking oniline for new pics. Shrink them, messes some up. too deformed to use them. oh well.

I've got a file of all my old avatars. Probably 50 plus by now. And I've been here what 3 months?

i think you should keep the fraggle. they are great. and i think michael jackson looks odd to say the least.
