Hi Everyone,

Have been watching the revolution in Venezuala against American instated government that happened in 2002, absolutely brilliant!

This is what can happen if a country's population stood up against oppression and all the other crap governments dish out freely. You've probably seen this before but here it is again as a reminder that things could actually change if people really wanted it. Links below:

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4
Part 5
Part 6
Part 7
Part 8

If you're in a rush I'd recommend skipping to part 6 onwards but you really must watch it from the start to appreciate the selective editing that went against these people by the media.

EXCELLENT POST MY FRIEND.

Just shows what a determined population can do to enact change.

This is a great movie.

I just used the search function to see if anyone had discussed it. What an awesome story with terrific backstage access by the filmakers. Shots of the rioting and provocateurs among the rioters is great.

I think that anyone's estimation of Hugo Chavez will get a great boost from this movie, not so much for what he himself does, although that is considerable, but for the sort of people he had behind him who were able to pull the fat out of the fire and defeat the coup attempt.

People who oppose Chavez are also given time to state their views and reasons why they don't like what he is doing.

Here is a link to a page where you can see the video all in one piece.
