OBE and astral projection questionnaire

I hope this link is OK to post here. It is a questionnaire for those who have experienced OBEs or are interested in astral travel. The aim is of the questions is to get an idea of what makes people who don't have OBEs but attempt to unsuccessful, but those that do experience OBEs more successful at having those types of experiences.

The survey is flawed in that it asks about previous answers but you can't go back to that page to refresh your memory on the question or your answer. I will have to try it again in a little while.

I must say I thought it extremely biased to say that if you don't attend public spiritual services that that meant one was not spiritual. Nothing could be further from the truth.
