"The Definition of Love"

To some it is the Holy Grail of the emotional world... They will spend a lifetime searching for this concept, only to stumble upon broken hearts and tortured souls! They will become bitter and hardened, their hearts will turn to stone and become filled with hatred and hard feelings!

I however have solved the mystery; I have discovered the Holy Grail that we refer to as true love!!! When simply in the same room with the one I loved my heart was filled with happiness and a soothing warmth… A gentle touch from her skin would fill the pit of my stomach with the fluttering of a thousand butterflies!!! It was a forbidden love that could only exist behind closed doors and hidden under the cover of moonlight… Every chance we got we would sneak in a single kiss pulling each other into the darkness of an empty room or sliding behind the protecting veil of close by walls... We would hold hands under blankets and hidden within the cover of shadows!!! Every single moment that we could spend alone together was treasured because it was followed by what seemed like an eternity of the unwelcome presence of others! When we made love it felt like our souls become one entity and that for that moment of true ecstasy nothing else existed in this world! For that moment our love was not a forbidden fruit, but instead it would become the true meaning of life! However, true love much like a great dream, must end during its peak!!! If you try to hang on to it because you don't know when to let go, it will simply fade away into broken promises and crying eyes only to be forgotten about!!! It must end abruptly and without clear reason! Then you must get past the hurt, and reach the point where you truly appreciate its surreal existence and then and only then will you realize that you have discovered the Holy Grail that is True Love!!!

indeed love can last lifetimes. The moments you spend with the one that you love are immeasurable in the joy that it can bring into someones life.

Break that love and you can shatter a person. Destroy them utterly. But true love can last a lifetime or more than one if one believes in that sort of thing.

A beautiful movie I love is called "What Dreams May Come". I think this illustrates the strength and beauty of this kind of love. This kind of love can even overcome hell itself.

But alas, not for wukky.

love, love is an atraction. One can be in love with more than one person, seeing as there are many to attune to our tastes. I think, love is basicly, something you enjoy so much, that you would die to keep it around.
One kind of love, with different aproaches to it. Different aspects of the one thing you love most. If there is truly a person that fits that, then you as well would fit thier aspects. Thus being the true love. But lvoe is easily attained. All one needs to be in love, is to open up to the other. The sadness that comes, is only temporary. We are all searching for "love" when most are blind to what it even is. We all end up heartbroken, because one cannot find what they are lookign for until tey know what it is. So, they mistakingly take soemthing that is only a certain aspect of what they are looking for. Also, it woudl seem, that most of us are doomed to pour everything we have into a relationship, just to have it end horridly.
But these are learning experiences. excercises of the soul so to speak. One can only look back and see what errors were made, and watch for future reference.
Oh and by the way, one never knows what they have till its gone. Also, sometimes...people change. They evolve and take up new outlooks on life. Many times, the partner sees this, and would rather not try, than try to understand and fail. Its not you its me, means they have thought it through, and they think they are doing whats best for both parties.
