Segway inventor Dean Kamen presented his Vapor Compression Distiller.
The distiller is a chemical-, membrane-, and filter-free water purifier. Kamen claims the box draws pure drinkable water from oceans, poisons—even a 50-gallon drum of urine. He has reportedly worked on the contraption for five years, but early prototypes were pretty ugly.

With this invention fighting over water is impossible and will never be a problem now, but how come it just came out now with all the UFO's activities or did the government working on UFO tech handed it to him?

It came out just now because necessity is the mother of invention. I see no reason to believe aliens were involved.

Yeah but there are other necessities that we have faced for a long time and we haven't done anything about them yet.
Seem like companies and governments want to make money and have control by having misery around.

Some problems are easier to fix than others. Filtering technology is getting better and better all the time.

I understand things get better but SOME things get a BUMP and this is 1 of them IMO.

That's the thing, it has NO FILTER, NO CHEMICALS and NO MEMBRANE the machine is pure TECHNOLOGY.

I just don't buy it, besides this thing PURIFIES almost ANYTHING aside from Radiation...lol

The way I look at it is that NASA can use this machine on the Mission to MARS and they dont need to worry about carrying lot's of water, cause all the Astronauts have to do is recycle their piss. NASA don't have to worry about taking and changing the filter, cleaning the membrane or adding any chemicals.

Got any technical schematics?

Unless this system uses electrolysis i fail to see how it could have no membrane, chemical conversion or otherwise.

No sorry I don't have any schematics he unveiled it to world on the Colbert Report on March 20th and I was just quoting the man on what he said.

He even said you can take that sucker and put the hose on a Chemical Waste site and get water out of it...

That's some crazy s**t

No water filter, purifier or water treatment plant on earth could do that....till now.

Hell that box replaces the whole water treatment plant in your city and they use TONS of chemicals and filters to get it to your tap clean and it's not 100% purified.

AMAZING!!! That's why I think it might be alien

That is amazing if it really works. The machine is called Slingshot and could save alot of lives from diseases that are in our water. Remember the news about our water having pharmaceuticals in it because so many people are on medication. No fear, Slingshot is hear.

Here's another article on it from CNNMONEY.COM

I think it's great, let's just hope that the governments don't grab it and it disappears like other inventions.

To be able to put a hose in the ocean and get fresh drinking water is pretty amazing. I don't know if it's alien technology or just human ingenuity.

Im guessing that you have read the book "Day After Roswell" about the supposed alien water purification device? It might be that device out in the public.

Starred and Flagged friend. Cool stuff. IMO, as soon as this thing is mass marketed and available (and affordable I suppose) I am getting one for me and everyone in my immediate family. Its availability will make it an absolute necessity.

Wow, I suppose it is off subject to not mention the ET input, but honestly, it just isn't as important as the fact that this will be the biggest thing in Food and Water tech since refrigeration.

I think its no more ET than the waterpowered car, but I think that the possibility that most of our technology is influenced by another world is there.

This has to be one of the most important inventions ever! Water is life and now we can have more. I hope this helps with big change around the world.
Wow great news!

I guess this guy invented the Segway as well.

Hmmm...That CNN Money article is more than 2 years old, might be that it is another one of those phony companies with phony products only to earn money on gullible people. Why else would we not see that device everywhere by now?

Hey dont get me wrong I think this is the best thing since the wheel was invented, but what makes it more special(E.T. Tech) is the way it works with no chemicals or filters of any kind. This is 1 of those things everyone should have just incase WW3 breaks out and a lake of Chemical waste is on your back yard.

Just plug this thing in and bring out the Kool-Aid.

I haven read that book "The Day after Roswell" but that's why I think this could be a tech that the government acquired.

Oh and the 1 on the Colbert Report looks different and could be the Final Version probably. The 1 on CNNMoney could be 1 of the prototypes or how it would look like after it's finished. Supposedly they been working on it for the last 5 years.

Don't get me wrong, but the Destilled Water method has been around for a very long time: en.wikipedia.org...

The innovation about Dean Kamen's apparatus is the generation of power by means of a heat engine while distilling the water. Here is a link to his patent:

I think this device, or something similar was on Colbert last night. The fellow stated his goal was to produce them and market them for third world countries.

I can't tell if you're joking or not. Are you being serious? I fail to see why you think this is alien tech. It's cool, but it's not magic and I highly doubt it's alien. It's just a great implementation of known science. What need is there to make more of it than there is? I don't get it.

Here is what I believe. Perhaps this man did come up with the idea. Perhaps he has no direct interaction with EBEs at all, rather he could have been influenced by EBE activity in the form of thought implantation. The maker of the Segway who has a good capacity for invention and knowledge of getting capital to proceed with development, might have been a good target for beings who do know how to easily and productively purify water, who then as he slept 'gave' him this revolutionary idea.

After all, the Segway really was never a productive invention. Gee, I now have wheels to zoom around in my environment. Wow. Then, out of the blue this guy comes up with a fantastic idea that could revolutionize life on this planet as we know it, and he now has the ambition to remove 50 percent of disease on Earth. Quite a jump if you ask me. I feel that there is a grassroots movement started by EBEs who are disgusted with the way things on Earth have turned out, and are subtly influencing creative and ambitious people to help with some basic problems that have plagued us since the beginning of civilization on Earth.

In his book "Dancing Naked in the Mind Field", Nobel Prize winner Kary Mullis describes a time when he was compelled to walk into the woods by his cabin at night and was visited by a sentient talking squirrel and then he blacked out and experienced the standard abductee effects commonly reported (missing time, etc.). I understand many will say he is just a nut bag, but he is a nut bag who discovered the Polymerase Chain Reaction, and I feel that this is yet another instance of EBE influence on intelligent professionals in an attempt to bring Earth up to speed in terms of technology, understanding, peace, and a better way of life.

At any rate, I don't think this guy believes that EBEs visited him and gave him the information on how to efficiently purify practically anything with water in it. However, I am willing to give credit to the idea that perhaps he was influenced, and that it is part of a greater trend to help remove a great deal of problems that have plagued Earth since the beginning.

Why cant people get some credit for thier hard work, why should this have anything to do with aliens.

I agree. Why do people think aliens are involved if something comes out that they dont understand the inner workings of?
If I gave you a mac mini and pluged it in would you say that was alien tech as well?

Not just aliens.

With new technology, that is not understood, it's aliens.

With existing nature, that is not understood, it's god.

All part of the same thinking process, just because you don't understand there is no reason to invent alien beings and mythical creatures, just admit : I don't understand today but maybe one day I will. There is a third but this is really deep:

With quantum physics, that is not understood, it's superposition.

Now that has lined me up for a barrage of insults from the majority of quantum physicists especially those trying to build a quantum computer........which will never work (ignore the press hype)!
