How to avoid cancer information

I just got his in an email, first off I was wondering if it has any credability and also just to give some people information. Presentation seems a little dodgy (note this useless numbering of information, why not just sentances in a paragraph)

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.


2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime


3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented
from multiplying and forming tumors.


4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These
could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.


5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.


6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.


7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.


8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.


9 When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.


10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.


11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.


CANCER CELLS FEED ON:


a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal,Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.


b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soya milk cancer cells are being starved.


c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.


d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains,seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts)and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).


e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled wat

Ok thanks for that, altough most of the tips in there aren't bad such asthe ones regarding plastic.

This is a mix of correct information with an incorrect one. Cancer feeding on mucus???? Wonder where it came from. Cancer cell is still "our" cell, just badly damaged and uncontrollable. This is the main reason why efficient treatment to cancer is very hard to find.
"Greener" /low calories diet may lower chances to cancer, but it is harder to maintain needed levels of certain vitamins/minerals.
Not to mention all the chemicals we spray on those veggies.
Basically, Balanced diet and constant exercising (also not out of proportions) lower Statistically chances to have cancer during life-time. But person genetics also play role.
As for efficient treatment - it is very hard to find, it will save a lot of people ,and it will totally change our society. People will live longer, elderly population will grow relatively to others and we will have to adapt. I think that this is the main reason why effort to find a cure is not what it should be - fear of collapse of western civilization.

Actually much of it IS correct - the milk part is a mixture I would think of anecdotal evidence...

There are a plethora of reasons we get Cancers. One of the big reasons being well hidden from the publics brainwashed eyes is MSG. A top neurosurgeon out of California did extensive research showing the MSG receptor and its eventual (20-30 years later) development of Cancers. Monosodium Glutamate is consumed by the average North American to the tune of 5 lbs a year. It is an excitotoxin and brain zapper lowering IQ scores while over driving brain neurons until it kills them in the same manner that roundup overdrives a plant and it dies from overgrowth. People do not realize that the average person can still function and behave normally with only 15% of their brain matter left. But now the evidence is strong and shows that compounds like Sodium Benzoate and MSG embed themselves into the DNA structures of a cell and cause maligned behavior over time of the cell (strongly and possibly leading to Cancer in a couple decades) - it works perfectly into the 'disposable population' plan to make sure that people are dumbed down and work right up until they go to collect their pensions - at which time they soon grow a 100 ailments and die within 5-10 years while making the pharmaceutical industry BIG PROFITS...

Secondly on another VERY IMPORTANT AND RELATED ISSUE IS PH BALANCING...

This cannot be stressed enough - lets go over what happens to a individual when they say DRINK A CAN OF COKE....

Coca Cola with is loads of sugar and carbonic acid sits at a PH balance of about 2.5. It could probably be used as a refiller for acid batteries in a pinch. Well , first of all - i admire any person experimenting on himself before
advising/selling stuff to others. Just to remind you, however - too alkaline is also not good. And how much baking soda it takes to kill an inner tumor? Before killing a patient, of course.
The problem is that i found nothing in scientific community about this doctor. Not even case report. And since i had experience with lunatics claiming that hydrogen peroxide (free radical!!!)per os is useful for xyz I will wait for more official recognition.

WOW!!! Everyone seems to know all there is to the reasons why we get cancer. I do not want to be harsh here. As previously stated, there are many factors to 'getting' cancer.
A person who exercises and eats everything they can that is good for them is still at risk for getting any type of cancer. If they do not smoke, sure their risk of lung cancer is much less than if they did.
The key to the whole thing is GENETICS!!!!!!!
Some examples include ALL (Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia), AML(Acute Myelocytic Leukemia, and MM (Multiple Myelomas) are all looked at on a genetic level. I do this everyday at work. We analyze metaphase cell spreads and determine any abnormalities in chromosomes. These abnormalities may include an extra chromosome, a deletion of a chromosome, or a translocation. A translocation is defined as a part of a chromosome, either the 'p' or the 'q' arm, is translocated to another chromosome. An example of this quite commonly seen is what is known as t(9;22). This is when a portion of the 9 chromosome 'moves to the 22 chromosome and attaches to it. Others examples are t(15;17), t(14;18), and t(11;14). I see these translocations on a regular basis in cancer patients.
The thing that people do not realize is that the analysis I do in my lab is what helps doctors determine a course of treatment. This aids them in how aggressive of a tratment they need to pursue.
So basically, IMO, cancer is more often than not determined by genetics as is many other health related issues. I do not deny that lifestyle is also a factor, but if it's in your genes, no matter what you do, you run a greater risk right of the get go.
Hope I didn't go too far over any heads. Just trying to help out.

Oh yeah, to address that retarded email going around......Every piece of it could be picked apart. I would tend to consider this more disinformation than information. Example...how can you say stay away from tea, yet then say drink green tea. They should have just said stay away from caffeine. There are a lot of teas that are good for you and do not have caffeine. Not just green tea.

Just imagine the industries, professions and disciplines that would totally collapse if anything mentioned in the above thread was a 100% TRUE cure for any given type of cancer.

It would be breathtaking.


My wife (who doesn't have cancer) has a couple of rare blood disorders. Once a month we go to a local cancer-center for her blood to be drawn/tested. The amount of "investment" (for lack of a better term) in this facility is astounding! I always recognized healthcare (sic) and medical services as a business but after seeing the face of an industry such as cancer treatment center - it was a real eye-opener to say the least!

I've grown up through the 70's + being blasted with ads and cries for support for Foundation X and Association Y. Have we seen any real progress? I know a lot of new drugs and treatments have come out but have mortality rates and remission rates improved? I know drug companies have gotten rich. I know that Breast Cancer awareness is an industry in-and-of-itself. I know I've lost family members due to barbaric treatments (chemo) which haven't changed in decades.

Sorry for the rant. Medicine in our society strikes a nerve with me...

This e-mail is promoting a healthy living style. It is a great way to fight cancer but there is no way to avoid it. You can be the healthiest person and still get cancer. This just lowers your chances of getting cancer.
