Weird Video, page 1

Came across this video on LiveLeak. There's not much description to it, just says UFO - ALIEN - ASTRONAUT SITTING ON THE CHAIR, and it's not in English so I have no idea what they're saying on it. Anyone know what this is, or if it's been discussed/debunked on here already (I couldn't find anything).

First thing that comes to my mind is balloons. Anyone else?

I think this has been debunked before, turns out to be some balloons? Im a believer but this didn't do anything for me honestly
