Ohhh yay more crap weather! why me?

The other day I heard a song on the radio I don't think I had heard before. I think it was probably Godsmack, and called "Shine" or "Shine on" or something.

Harmonica in it? It was an effing badass song! Sound familiar?

i havent herd of them but they sound fricking great

have you heard of a band called 'water down' they are great too!

My current favorite band would have to be Disturbed.

New album coming out in June, and they are going on tour this summer with Slipknot, plus many others!

Well, I like several bands, but there is one that really stands out for me...


And it's not just their songs & lyrics, it's also the fact that I truly believe them to have the greatest lead vocal I've ever heard in a rock band anywhere.

By mile high, I meant as a location.... like city.

I haven't heard of an of those bands, but I am a bit out of the loop for the most part with metal.

Mile high means on top of a building LOL dude!


There are tons of different types of metal

thrash metal
rap metal
death metal
80's-90's metal
light metal
heavy metal
and lots more!

just experiment with these diffrent genres of metal!

Ahhh Black Metal, basically Black Metal is the worlds biggest joke.
It's more or less a bunch of skinny pale kids who think they are evil, sinister and scary but totally miss the mark.

Black Metal kids are funny.

As for good metal personally I'm partial to some Morbid Angel, Cannibal Corpse, The Berzerker, Children of Bodom and Gwar.

Or if im in a Metalcore mood Bring me the Horizon, Job for a Cowboy and Despised Icon

I'd have to say White/Rob Zombie in my opinion is one of the great metal bands. All of his songs have bada## guitar riffs in them. Some of Megadeath's songs are pretty good. Black Sabbath (anyone who can play a guitar strung with banjo stings with homemade prostetic fingers and make it sound awesome dserves to be up there with Hendricks in guitars greatest players). Maylin Manson's remake of Personal Jesus is pretty good. I also like his song mObscene, it's got a pretty killer guitar riff in it.

Going to see Chimaira at at the end of the month.Cant wait!They are touring with korn and biohazard two bands who i wouldnt bother to see live but ill crawl over broken glass to see Chimaira
