Reverse Engineering the JVC "Night Alive" feature

Assuming that the leaked Stephenville video
was filmed with a stabilized JVC "Night Alive" video camera,
maybe one could reverse engineer the effect.

I wonder if it could be done.
It would be interesting to see the result if it could be done.

My guess at what was filmed is actually a silver/gray orb
that's in some kind of an extreme electrically charged state of metamorphosis that involves
radical movement and wild fluctuations in frequency.
