I love the military official's explanation in the top video:

"You have to understand this was not intentional, I mean even you can see there is alot of ice on the road this time of the year. The soldier was completely sober, because they were driving to the firing range."

The things you see in Russia. Only part of this video that surprises me is that it's a Tunguska, not a BTR as it was in most previous similar cases I heard of. Still thumbs up though, as pitifull as this is. A family friend of ours had his back yeard (and fence) in his dacha (a summer house out in the country) demolished by a drunk guy trying to get away from the police in a buldozer lol. Yes, we live a normal life here in Russia don't we? Well...I'm in Ukraine at the moment but these countries are on par when it comes to drinking and doing some f*&# up things, especially driving (it's bad enough when they're sober too ).
