Where to find awards?

I'm in need of some help. I belong to a website and there's an award system installed. At various time members will receive awards based on different factors. However, the awards are pretty much geeky looking and not all that great.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a site where I could possibly find some decent awards or the likes? Any help is appreciated.

BTW, they need to be ribbon, trophy, medals, etc.
