Fake. First off, that ending should give it away. Then if you actually check out their site you'd realize that they make a lot of shorts that are supposed to be humorous. Then of course there's this article from their site.

Oh dear lord I thought it was just a prank, but the ending was awesome whether it was real or not that should be turned into a movie either way I am really starting to wonder if this is real if it is the guy did the wrong thing in shooting it =/, if it isn't it sure got my attention. :3 going to scare me friend with this video now!

After reading the post above mine, maybe the title should be changed to Alien Prank. Instead of asking if this is an alien attack since it's obviously been proven to be a hoax. but that little guy still has me wondering..
