North Korea publicly executed 15 people who attempted to flee to China in a desperate search for food, it emerged today.

It is the second mass execution to be reported in a week after the secretive state killed 22 fishermen who accidentally strayed into South Korean waters.

While they were executed for crossing the border and helping others to do so, it does demonstrate the capacity of evil that the leadership actually has. I didn’t even know that stuff like this was still happening in the world. They tend to execute the people reporting these things too.
