The Clinton camp has been accused of deliberately darkening the skin of opponent Barack Obama in a new ad.

The controversial footage has been compared to images shot of Senator Obama during a debate in Cleveland last week - with critics claiming a screen grab used in the Clinton ad had been altered to highlight his race

See for yourself.

Looks more like a different color balance used thats all. But hey I'm not american so it isn't as big a deal to me. Although different color gradings and color balances are quite common.

That was my take. A cooler white balance. Different cameras, different settings, different white balance and a little darker exposure in the second one. It isn't just his skin that is darker, but his suit has lost detail, and so has his hair. Exposure and white balance. Not a conspiracy

Well if they deliberately darkened his skin they also deliberately darkened his suit as well. The picture as a whole has probably been darkened, it doesn't look like they singled out only his skin.
