I am sleeping in my bedroom at night. Nothing of any note or overtly different has happened during the day.

*WHOOSH* My body is paralyzed and i am conscious - or at least what felt like to me being very conscious. This does not feel like a dream to me - i am very alert but completely unable to move. I am looking at the end of my bed and am immediately aware of a small grey alien figure (for want of a better description). I can make his outline however for some reason i am unable to look at him - i am not sure if that reason is because i am terrified but something keeps telling me not to look.

I am staring to the right of that small grey alien figure - another figure appears - this time outlined in a rather majestic fluoro green. This figure does not strike me with the fear that the other does.

Somewhere, for whatever reason, i get a feeling to "let go of the fear".....to surrender....

I breathe in deeply and exhale.......as i exhale i say to myself "i do not fear you anymore" and feel as though my body is letting go of the terror.

The figures disappear and i can move again.

I do not suppose to know the truth of what actually happened, but some thoughts and comments would be appreciated. I did feel as though the green figure was protecting me - whether that protection was real or a dream, i do not know.

Interesting...
I'm quite curious you say you were conscious, but were your eyes opened or closed? Seeing as it really can be the only way to decipher whether it is a lucid dream or actually 'contact.' Since I know you said you looked at the end of your bed it kind of tilts it toward eyes being opened, but also there is projection like symptoms in which people can see through their eyelids. Which is why I ask.

Also any loss of time, physical markings. If there was a contact more than likely they would have left or done something to you. (Left something can be anything as an object In or out of your body to just a few subtle words.)

Thanks for the comments.

My eyes were open.

To be honest, my intuition was that the darker alien was there for negative/dark purposes - it was the green friend who stopped things being done to me.

I have not checked for markings or anything like that but will do.

Its still on the fence for me. Most stories (That I've read) rarely have ETs just there to watch and stare. Must have been something in on all of this.
Either way let us know if something is found.

And indeed maybe it was sleep paralysis. The thing which interests me is that, having experienced sleep paralysis before, i felt much more in control of my thoughts and have never seen any figures before.

Intuition (and give as little or as much weight to that as you wish) tells me this was different.

Thanks for posting friend

Sounds like SP to me

If that’s sleep paralysis, I’ve been going through sleep paralysis for over 2 years, 2-3 times a weak in that case….

And so yeah, you’ve had an alien experience…

I call these episodes 'waking dreams'. I get them whenever my mind is active and refuses to sleep with my body. I often get a tonal/vibrating sensation just before it happens. Like an internal humming sound. I now regard this as a signal that a waking dream is about to start. This phase is itself frightening, because the dreams of course can be fearful. The dream comes anyway, you can't stop it. When you are having one, you are convinced that you are totally awake and your brain is working with crystal clarity. You have exquisite awareness of what's happening around you - it's often something you feel frightened by or threatened by - and you cannot move a muscle. You even know it's a dream, but yet it isn't somehow. Using all your will power, I find it is possible to break the paralysis and sit up, stand up or move about. And no matter what happens, whatever activity you carry out, somehow you end up back in bed where you started. And when you finally do awake, you usually realise that none of it was real. All the stuff you were convinced was going on around you was a dream. A waking dream. I believe this waking dream experience is a large part of the abduction phenomenon. It's those who wake up without the rationalisation stage kicking in that end up with their living nightmare.WG3

Sleep Paralysis (Wikipedia)

Sleep paralysis is a condition characterized by temporary paralysis of the body shortly after waking up (known as hypnopompic paralysis) or, less often, shortly before falling asleep (known as hypnagogic paralysis).

Physiologically, it is closely related to the paralysis that occurs as a natural part of REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, which is known as REM atonia. Sleep paralysis occurs when the brain awakes from a REM state, but the bodily paralysis persists. This leaves the person fully conscious, but unable to move. In addition, the state may be accompanied by terrifying hallucinations (hypnopompic or hypnagogic) which cause an acute sense of danger. Sleep paralysis is particularly frightening to the individual due to the vividness of such hallucinations. The hallucinatory element to sleep paralysis makes it even more likely that someone will interpret the experience as a dream, since completely fanciful, or dream-like, objects may appear in the room alongside one's normal vision. Some scientists have proposed this condition as a theory for alien abductions and ghostly encounters.

The paralysis can last from several seconds to several minutes "after which the individual may experience panic symptoms and the realization that the distorted perceptions were false". When there is an absence of narcolepsy, sleep paralysis is referred to as isolated sleep paralysis (ISP).
